Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Saturday's La Liga clash with Cadiz.

Barcelona will be without the services of five first-team players for Saturday's La Liga clash against Cadiz.

The Catalan outfit's injury situation has eased, with Frenkie de Jong, Pedri and Andreas Christensen all making their returns in Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final first leg with Paris Saint-Germain.

De Jong started Barcelona's 3-2 win, while Pedri and Christensen both featured off the bench, with the latter coming up with the game's deciding goal in the 77th minute.

Christensen is suspended for the second leg against PSG, which is also the case for Sergi Roberto, so it is likely that both players will be in the first XI against Cadiz.

Gavi and Alejandro Balde remain long-term absentees for Barcelona due to severe knee and hamstring injuries respectively, while three players are out of this match through suspension.

Joao Cancelo, Inigo Martinez and Robert Lewandowski picked up milestone yellow cards in the 1-0 win over Las Palmas in the league last time out, so the trio are banned for this contest.

Hector Fort, Joao Felix, Ferran Torres and Fermin Lopez could all come into the side on Saturday, with Christensen, who has recently been used in central midfield, potentially reverting to his usual position in the middle of the defence.

Pedri is unlikely to start, with the midfielder instead expected to receive more action off the bench with a view to potentially coming into the XI against PSG next week.

De Jong needs minutes, though, as he works his way back from an ankle issue, and it is likely that the Netherlands international will play around an hour against Cadiz.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Kounde, Araujo, Christensen, Fort; Fermin, Roberto, De Jong; Raphinha, F Torres, Felix
