Barcelona will reportedly move for Valencia defender Joao Cancelo in the January transfer window.
Last month, Barcelona boss Luis Enrique hinted that his club would be active in the winter window if the right opportunity arose, and it is believed that a new right-back is on the agenda for the Spanish champions.
Sergi Roberto has filled that role for Enrique this term, but the Spaniard has struggled during certain matches and with Aleix Vidal seemingly heading for the exit, a new full-back does appear to be a priority signing at the start of 2017.
Cancelo has been strongly linked with a move to Camp Nou over the last few months and according to Sport, Barcelona will launch a £25m bid for the Portugal international next month.
Cancelo, 22, who joined Valencia from Benfica in 2015 after a loan spell at the Mestalla, has also been linked with a transfer to Atletico Madrid.
