Giuseppe Marotta: 'Arturo Vidal wants to leave Juventus'

Reported Bayern Munich target Arturo Vidal wants to leave Juventus, according to the club's chief executive Giuseppe Marotta.

Juventus chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed that Arturo Vidal is keen to leave the club this summer.

Recent speculation has claimed that the Chile international was made a prime transfer target of Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola.

Although Marotta stopped short of naming the club that the 28-year-old has decided to join, he revealed that Vidal has expressed a desire to move on.

"Arturo Vidal has expressed his desire to embark on a different experience, as did [Angelo] Ogbonna, [Carlos] Tevez and [Andrea] Pirlo," he told reporters.

It is expected that the Bavarians have been told to part with £28m to sign the midfielder.
