Blackburn Rovers have hit three goals in the the first half of their Championship encounter with Peterborough United to build a comfortable lead.
The hosts took the lead after just four minutes as Jordan Rhodes's blocked shot fell to Mauro Formica, who made no mistake with his finish.
This lead was doubled in the 19th minute as Martin Olsson whipped a cross in from the left which Rhodes met to power his header beyond the keeper.
Rhodes got a third for Rovers six minutes before the break, latching on to Ruben Rochina's curled ball behind the defence.
Rochina almost got his own name on the scoresheet in stoppage time, having twisted and turned his way into a shooting position, but his effort went just wide.
