New Blackpool manager Lee Clark has insisted that every player will be given an "opportunity" to prove their worth under his regime.
The 42-year-old was confirmed as the Seasiders' new boss today, 10 days after getting sacked by Birmingham City.
Blackpool currently reside at the bottom of the Championship table having taken just six points from 14 games.
"Everyone has a clean slate and will be given an opportunity, but they have to perform very quickly because I have to make decisions on recruitment," Clark told Sky Sports News.
"There are no easy games in the Championship but I am glad my first game is at home. It is Ipswich, though, where Mick McCarthy is doing an excellent job so it will be tough."
Clark saved Birmingham from relegation in the Championship last season.
