Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has revealed that he hopes to clinch a number of vital new signings for the new season.
The Trotters, who were relegated to the Championship at the end of last season, are thought to be in discussions over bring a new striker to the club.
"By the start of the season I want to add more players to what we have got," said Coyle. "We have enquired about one or two, and we'll wait and see where that takes us.
"We're in there pitching and it has to be the right player and the right finance but I definitely want to add to the quality we already have, and there's no doubt I'll have done that by the time the season starts."
Bolton will begin their Championship campaign with a clash against Burnley.
