Lucien Favre has insisted that Borussia Monchengladbach must be fully prepared for a strong performance from Wolfsburg when the two sides meet on Sunday afternoon.
Wolfsburg completed a disappointing week by crashing out of the Europa League against Napoli in midweek, but Favre believes that the second-placed side could be back to their best as they prepare to welcome back a number of key men.
"Wolfsburg are second and that says everything about the enormous quality they've got," the Gladbach boss told reporters.
"They rested some key players in the Europa League on Thursday because probably they had this game in the back of their minds, so I don't think that's going to be an advantage for us.
"There are still 15 points to play for and everything's possible, but we've got to think from game to game."
Gladbach will clinch a place in the top four with a victory on Sunday, but they can still qualify automatically for the group stages of the Champions League by finishing third.
