Tottenham Hotspur duo Louis Saha and Steven Pienaar have been bombarded with abuse from the club's fans on Twitter after they congratulated Chelsea on their Champions League success.
The Blues' 4-3 penalty shootout victory over Bayern Munich on Saturday night ensured that the Stamford Bridge club qualified for the tournament again next season, while also demoting Spurs to the Europa League despite their fourth-place Premier League finish.
"Well done Chelsea," wrote Pienaar, who has spent the last four months on loan at Everton.
Meanwhile Saha said: "Bravo Drogba. Bravo Chelsea. Bravo Champion League. Bravo Football. Just magic stuff.
"No CL for Tottenham but FairPlay to Chelsea. Great victory great final for them."
Tottenham fans reacted with a tirade of abuse on the social networking site, labelling the pair "disloyal" and "disgraceful".
Saha responded by adding: "U can hate me if u want. U can hate everyone if u want. U wont make me hate football and the view of winners. #fairplay even if gutted."
The Frenchman is out of contract at White Hart Lane this summer but he recently hinted that he would like to extend his stay at the club.
