Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel will reportedly be offered a new three-year contract at the end of the season.
Brought in as a replacement for Frank Lampard in January, Tuchel has recorded 17 wins from his 25 matches in charge, suffering just two defeats.
As well as moving into the top four of the Premier League table, the Blues have qualified for the finals of the FA Cup and Champions League.
According to the Daily Mail, Roman Abramovich now wants to hand the German an extension to his initial 18-month deal.
The report adds that the 47-year-old is happy to pen fresh terms after previously having concerns about his relatively short-term contract at the West London outfit.
Should Tuchel sign the new deal, he would be tied to Stamford Bridge until 2023, with the club possessing the option of extending the agreement for a further 12 months.
