Atletico Madrid to replace Radamel Falcao with Luis Suarez?

Atletico Madrid plan to replace Radamel Falcao with Liverpool striker Luis Suarez if the Colombian forward moves to Chelsea this summer.

Atletico Madrid are reportedly planning to replace Radamel Falcao with Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.

The Colombian forward's future has been subject to speculation all season, and he could be on his way to Chelsea in the summer and Atelti are looking to swoop for Reds star Suarez, according to the Daily Mail.

The Madrid outfit believe that the lure of Champions League football will be enough to convince Suarez to join them in La Liga should Falcao move to Chelsea.

Suarez is the Premier League's top scorer this season with 21 goals, with Falcao netting 15 times for Diego Simeone's side.
