Chelsea line up Nathaniel Chalobah Reading return?

Chelsea consider sending Nathaniel Chalobah back to Reading on loan, according to a report.

Chelsea are reportedly looking to send Nathaniel Chalobah back to Reading for a second loan spell.

The midfielder spent the latter part of last season with the Royals and is believed to have impressed during his time at the Madejski Stadium.

According to ESPN, Chelsea are ready to loan out Chalobah again, with the England Under-21 international unlikely to compete for regular first-team football at Stamford Bridge.

It is thought that Reading are at the front of the queue for the player, who has had previous stints at Watford, Burnley, Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forest.

Chalobah made 20 appearances for Reading last term.
