Leicester City are allegedly not prepared to lower their valuation of defender Ben Chilwell below £80m.
Having starred for the Foxes over the past two seasons, Chilwell has been linked with a number of bigger clubs, including Chelsea.
Aware that either Marcos Alonso or Emerson Palmieri will likely leave Stamford Bridge during the next transfer window, Blues boss Frank Lampard is keen to sign the England international as a replacement.
However, Goal claims that the East Midlands outfit have no intention of cashing in on the 23-year-old unless their demands are met by one of his suitors.
This could reportedly lead to Chelsea focusing their attention on other targets, with Porto's Alex Telles also said to be on their shortlist.
With just over a year left on his contract, the Brazil international is expected to leave the Portuguese giants later in 2020.
