Chelsea to listen to David Luiz offers?

Chelsea are reportedly considering offloading David Luiz when the transfer window opens in January.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to listen to offers for defender David Luiz.

The Blues centre-back was wanted by Barcelona in the summer months, but a bid was turned down as manager Jose Mourinho wanted to fully assess his squad before deciding to enter into any transfer discussions.

However, Luiz has missed the last two games following the 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United on November 2, and Mourinho is now prepared to accept any realistic bids for the Brazilian, according to the Daily Mail.

Mourinho is thought to prefer Gary Cahill and John Terry as his first-choice centre-backs at Stamford Bridge.
