Jack Grealish's agents are reportedly confident that Aston Villa will allow the England international to complete a big-money move to Manchester City this summer.
The 25-year-old, who scored seven times and registered 12 assists in 27 appearances for Villa last season, only signed a new long-term contract with Dean Smith's side last September.
There is again speculation surrounding the attacker's future, though, with both Man City and Chelsea believed to be interested in signing him ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
According to The Sun, Grealish's camp are confident that Villa will allow the attacker to move to Pep Guardiola's side in a deal that could be worth in the region of £100m.
The report claims that Man City will not make an official bid for the playmaker until the end of Euro 2020, but they are keen for him to join in July for the team's pre-season preparations.
Grealish, who has scored 32 times and registered 43 assists in 213 appearances for Villa, played 68 minutes of England's 1-0 win over the Czech Republic on Tuesday night.
