Juventus, Barcelona battling for Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger?

Chelsea centre-back Antonio Rudiger is reportedly being eyed up by Juventus and Barcelona ahead of the January transfer window.

Juventus and Barcelona are both interested in signing Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, according to a report.

The German centre-back has effectively been used as a back-up this term for the impressive pairing of Thiago Silva and Kurt Zouma.

Rudiger has started just once in the Premier League and, along with Fikayo Tomori, could be on the lookout for a new club in January.

ESPN claims that the 27-year-old is not short of high-profile suitors, with Serie A champions Juventus and La Liga giants Barcelona weighing up moves.

AC Milan are also credited with an interest in the same report as Stefano Pioli's men look to build on a very strong start to the campaign.

Former Roma defender Rudiger has spent three-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge, making 120 appearances for the Blues in that time.
