Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly closing in on a deal for Inter Milan's Achraf Hakimi.
The 22-year-old enjoyed a strong 2020-21 campaign for his Italian club, scoring seven times and registering 11 assists in 45 appearances in all competitions.
PSG and Chelsea continue to be linked with a move for the versatile operator, who is capable of playing as both a midfielder and a defender.
However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the French giants are 'getting closer' to a deal and are preparing to make a 'final bid' in the coming days.
Romano claims that Chelsea are still in contact with Hakimi's agent, but the Premier League outfit have still not made an official bid for his services.
The former Real Madrid youngster, who has four years left to run on his contract at San Siro, is thought to be valued by the Italian champions in the region of €80m (£68.4m).
