Chelsea midfielder Billy Clifford will start the 2013-14 season with Yeovil Town after agreeing a six-month loan deal with the Championship side.

Yeovil Town have signed Billy Clifford on a six-month loan from Chelsea.

The 20-year-old midfielder, who came through the club's youth system, is yet to make his senior debut for the Stamford Bridge side.

Clifford had a loan spell with Colchester United last season, playing 18 games and scoring his first professional goal.

The Glovers will play in the Championship next season, having won the League One playoffs earlier this year.
