James Tomkins is reportedly 'on the brink' of officially signing for Crystal Palace.
It is understood that the Eagles have agreed a £12.5m deal with West Ham United for the centre-back, who is believed to have already agreed personal terms at Selhurst Park.
According to the Croydon Advertiser, Palace are hopeful of announcing the deal on Tuesday afternoon, which will see the defender once again link up with Alan Pardew on a long-term contract.
Tomkins came through the youth system at West Ham and has made 241 appearances in all competitions for the Hammers, including 30 during the 2015-16 campaign.
