Nathan Tyson has revealed that he is thrilled to have joined Doncaster Rovers.
The 32-year-old striker, who left Blackpool at the end of last season, penned a one-year deal with the League One club on Monday.
Tyson is now eager to impress his new employers at the Keepmoat Stadium.
"Suddenly something popped up as fantastic as this and it's worked out really well so far," he told Doncaster's official website.
"I've still got to go out there and impress. I've got the contract, that's the easy part done. The hard part is for the rest of the year putting the performances in and getting the results and the goals and points to help us move up the league."
Doncaster start the new season away to Yeovil Town on August 9.
