Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori has insisted that he and his teammates are as "frustrated" as the supporters.
The Merseyside outfit have struggled in the Premier League having gone six games without a win in the top flight.
Some fans have called for manager Roberto Martinez to leave Goodison Park, and Funes Mori has insisted that it is up to the players to "make a change".
"We're the first ones who are frustrated because we work hard every day to get the results," Funes Mori told the club's official website. "We haven't got those lately and we understand the frustration of the fans, but we want to do everything to make a change.
"It's down to the players. We're the ones who are out on the pitch and we have to do something and make a change to the situation."
Despite Everton's poor form in the league, they have the chance of winning silverware as they are in an FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United this weekend.
