Farhad Moshiri's 49.9% investment in Everton has officially been given the green light by Premier League bosses.
The Iranian billionaire's purchase has been on hold for the past week while the correct approval was given, but it has now been confirmed that his place among the Goodison Park hierarchy has been sealed.
Moshiri, who sold his 15% share in fellow top-flight side Arsenal to Alisher Usmanov, was described as the "perfect partner to take the club forward" by chairman Bill Kenwright.
It is suggested by BBC Sport that the 60-year-old could be in attendance for Everton's FA Cup meeting with Chelsea next weekend, after successfully passing the Premier League's Owners' and Directors' Test.
Kenwright is expected to stay on as chairman for the time being, having finally ended his decade-long search for investment in the Toffees.
