Theo Walcott will make his debut for Everton as the Toffees host West Bromwich Albion at Goodison Park.

Theo Walcott will make his debut for Everton as the Toffees host West Bromwich Albion at Goodison Park this afternoon.

Everton signed the former Arsenal man for a reported £20m earlier this week, and Sam Allardyce has drafted him straight in for his home debut.

The hosts name one change to their defence following the defeat to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, as Ashley Williams replaces Phil Jagielka at centre-back.

Walcott is employed as part of an attacking trio alongside Nikola Vlasic and Gylfi Sigurdsson, who replaces Wayne Rooney, while Cenk Tosun is selected up top for the second game in succession.

For West Brom, Alan Pardew names an unchanged side to the one that defeated Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, as Ben Foster starts in goal.

Jonny Evans partners Craig Dawson in defence, while Matt Phillips and Grzegorz Krychowiak start in midfield.

Up top, Jay Rodriguez is joined by Salomon Rondon, with Hal Robson-Kanu on the bench.
