Scottish Premier League side Hearts have been granted a stay of execution by the HMRC over an unpaid tax bill.
Earlier this month the club were handed a bill of £450,000 and were told that it must be paid within eight days or they faced being wound up.
However, following a series of discussions, the Jambos will now stagger the repayments over a two-month period.
They will pay half before the end of November, and then the remainder of the sum in December.
