Hull City have confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign Jake Livermore.
The midfielder spent last season on loan with the Tigers, whom he helped to reach the final of the FA Cup, as well as securing their Premier League status.
However, pending the agreement of personal terms, the 24-year-old will commit his future to the KC Stadium-based outfit over the coming days.
"Hull City can confirm that an undisclosed fee has been agreed with @SpursOfficial for the permanent transfer of Jake Livermore," read a statement on the club's official Twitter feed. "Personal terms are being discussed and we hope to conclude the deal early next week."
Livermore made 41 appearances for Hull last term, during which time he scored three goals.
