Diego Milito and Antonio Cassano will lead Inter Milan's attack against Siena at San Siro in Serie A this afternoon.

The duo will be supported by Wesley Sneijder and Fredy Guarin in attacking midfield, with Esteban Cambiasso and Walter Gargano being deployed in central midfield.

Samir Handanovic will be between the posts for the home side.
