Rodrigo Palacio and Mauro Icardi continue together up front, with Hernanes supporting them in attack.

Danilo D'Ambrosio is once again chosen ahead of Yuto Nagatomo, while Andrea Ranocchia continues in defence in place of the suspended Juan Jesus.
