Anthony Wordsworth will step up his recovery from a back injury by turning out for Ipswich Town's development team.

Ipswich Town midfielder Anthony Wordsworth will make his first appearance since February for the club's development team this evening.

The 24-year-old has been sidelined since the match with Blackpool because of a back injury.

However, despite reports that have claimed that he would miss the remainder of the campaign, Wordsworth has recovered sufficiently to be given a place in the starting lineup to face Charlton Athletic at Portman Road.

Arran Lee-Barrett, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Patrick Kisnorbo will also feature during the encounter.
