Claude Puel has tipped Leicester City midfielder James Maddison to break into the England squad this season.
The 21-year-old has made a fruitful start to life in the Premier League after joining from Championship side Norwich City over the summer.
Maddison impressed as Leicester lost to Manchester United at Old Trafford on the opening weekend and scored as the Foxes defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 in their first home game of the season.
"I like the way he's so comfortable with the ball," Puel told The Mirror. "He has no problem with it.
"I hope he's an international player in the future but, at the moment, it's all about focusing on what he's doing here.
"This is just the beginning of his career, but it's a great opportunity for him to develop, and go and do what some of his teammates have done, and become an international."
Maddison scored 14 league goals for Norwich last season.
