Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has said that he will "relish" the Europa League after his side were handed a tough draw in the competition.
The Reds were drawn in Group A alongside Italian side Udinese, Swiss outfit Young Boys Bern and big-spending Russians Anzhi Makhachkala, and the former Swansea manager admits that it is a test he is eagerly anticipating.
"They are games that we will relish," said Rodgers.
"The history of this club is based on European games and we are really looking forward to the challenge of getting into the next stages between now and Christmas."
Liverpool qualified after overcoming Hearts 2-1 on aggregate.
