Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has praised his players for their end-of-season form following Sunday's 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers.
The Reds extended their unbeaten run to eight matches as they ended the Premier League campaign with a victory at Anfield, thanks to Philippe Coutinho's goal.
"The win marks a terrific end to the season for us," Rodgers is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"We would love the season to continue as we have found our feet and form, but we've got work to do during the summer in terms of reinforcing the group."
Sunday's triumph was Jamie Carragher's last game for Liverpool after a 23-year career at the club.
