Mario Balotelli has reportedly completed a move from Liverpool to Nice on a free transfer.
The 26-year-old underwent a medical with the Ligue 1 side earlier today ahead of an expected season-long loan from the Reds.
According to Sky Sports News, however, both clubs have now agreed terms on a permanent move, bringing to an end his troubled two-year spell at Anfield.
The Italian had been linked with a move to a number of clubs across Europe, including a surprise potential switch to Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers, after being informed by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp that he would not be part of his future plans.
Nice manager Lucien Favre recently said of Balotelli: "I don't know him personally, but if he runs and wants to help the youngsters, then why not?"
Neither Liverpool nor Nice have yet officially confirmed the deal.
