The Argentina international, 27, has recently been linked with a move to Liverpool.
Higuain's current contract with Napoli is due to expire in summer 2018.
"I am happy here," he told Sky Italia following the team's 1-0 win over Lazio. "I have a contract here."
Higuain joined Napoli from Real Madrid in 2013.
