Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams is a January transfer target for Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool, according to a report.
The 22-year-old has 10 goals in 52 appearances for the La Liga side and was rewarded for his impressive displays by earning a call-up to the Spain squad in May.
Williams has a release clause in his contract just short of £45m, which Klopp is said to be willing to pay due to the attacker's potential to continue developing across the frontline.
It is claimed by Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo that the Liverpool boss sees Williams as being similar to Borussia Dortmund ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has himself developed into one of the world's most revered players since making a big move of his own.
Capped eight times by Spain at Under-21 level prior to his senior breakthrough, the Athletic academy product has scored once so far this season, bagging what proved to be the winner in the recent 3-2 win over Real Sociedad.
