Joleon Lescott has hit back at a "small group" of Manchester City fans who were critical of their team following their 1-1 draw with Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup this afternoon.
City had led through Alvaro Negredo, but had to settle for a replay as Scott Dann equalised and Blues man Dedryck Boyata was shown a red card late on.
After the game, Lescott took to Twitter to issue a response to a certain group of fans in light of their reaction towards the result.
Can only apologise for not showin apperception after the game but some comments I heard from a small group of our fans were unnecessary
