Jesus Navas: 'Manchester City will respond to Chelsea defeat'

Jesus Navas claims that Manchester City have the ability to go on another 20-match unbeaten run after the defeat to Chelsea.

Jesus Navas believes that Manchester City are capable of responding to their 1-0 defeat against Chelsea.

The match saw Jose Mourinho's side end City's 20-match unbeaten run, but Navas says that they must put it out of their heads and focus on producing a similar run of form in the future.

"We were on a really good dynamic run and we were expecting to win, and it didn't happen, but let's keep looking forward and winning more matches again," Navas told the Manchester Evening News.

"The team has the potential to go on another run like we have. We want to be in the first spot so we will keep working to get there."

City travel to Norwich City on Saturday afternoon.
