Real Madrid are reportedly keeping a close eye on Raheem Sterling's frustrating situation at Manchester City.
The England international has lost his place in Pep Guardiola's starting lineup to Phil Foden in recent weeks, and he only enjoyed an eight-minute run out against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday evening.
With City said to be eyeing moves for Erling Braut Haaland and Jack Grealish, the club are allegedly open to offloading Sterling should a suitable offer come in.
According to Football Insider, Real Madrid are monitoring developments surrounding Sterling's future, and City have slapped a £75m price tag on the head of the attacker.
The report adds that City will then look to use the funds to aid their pursuit of Aston Villa captain Grealish, with talks over Sterling's deal at the Etihad - which is due to expire in 2023 - currently on hold.
Sterling has managed 13 goals and 11 assists across all tournaments this season, but he failed to make the starting lineup in any of City's last five Champions League games.
