Real Madrid will reportedly rival Paris Saint-Germain for the signature of Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez.
The 29-year-old signed for the current Premier League champions from Leicester City in 2018 and has played a key role in Pep Guardiola's attack this season.
The Algeria captain has registered seven goals and 10 assists in England's top flight throughout the 2019-20 campaign, although the Citizens have failed to replicate their title-winning form of the past two seasons.
According to reports in Spain, City's array of attacking talent could see Mahrez open to a move away from the Etihad, with Madrid and PSG the two sides vying for his signature.
The report also claims that the Citizens' two-year ban from European football could play a major part in the decision of the winger, who will soon have to contend with Leroy Sane for a place in the starting lineup once the German is back from injury.
City will reportedly entertain offers of £80m for Mahrez.
