Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini has reportedly flown to England to help push through a deal to land Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
The Rome club have been keeping tabs on the frontman for a long period and Goal.com now suggests that Sabatini is in Manchester to seal a transfer considered to be worth in the region of £15m.
It is thought that the 29-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international could move to the Serie A outfit on a five-year deal.
Dzeko struggled for playing time during the second half of the last Premier League season after City brought in Wilfried Bony from Swansea City.
