Manchester United's Phil Jones, Nemanja Vidic train ahead of Bayer Leverkusen trip

Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic train with their Manchester United teammates ahead of their Bayer Leverkusen clash.

Manchester United duo Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic took part in training today ahead of their Champions League clash against Bayer Leverkusen.

Vidic sat out of Sunday's 2-2 draw with Cardiff City, while Jones was ruled out after suffering a groin injury on international duty with England.

However, both players took part in training ahead of their trip to play Leverkusen tomorrow, but Robin van Persie and Michael Carrick were missing from the session, according to BBC Sport.

Midfielder Darren Fletcher, who has been suffering with a chronic bowel condition, also trained with his teammates.
