Manchester United have reportedly tabled a £200k-a-week contract offer to Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka.
The Germany international has now entered the final year of his deal with the Bundesliga champions, who could be pressured into a sale if no new contract is agreed.
United have been tipped to swoop for Goretzka as they seek to beef up their midfield options, but the Red Devils could reportedly have to fend off interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid for the former Schalke 04 man.
Now, German outlet Bild reports that Goretzka's entourage are frustrated at the slow progress in negotiations with Bayern, whereas United have tabled a 'concrete' £200k-a-week offer for him to move to Old Trafford either this year or in 2022.
However, Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann has voiced his desire to keep Goretzka on the books, and a recent report claimed that the 26-year-old has no interest in a departure this summer.
Goretzka netted once in three appearances for Germany at Euro 2020, and the midfielder has won one Champions League and three Bundesliga titles in his three years at Bayern.
