Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly placed a £30m price tag on Thomas Meunier, effectively ruling out the possibility of the defender joining Arsenal.
Meunier has enjoyed a productive three years at Parc des Princes, making a total of 90 appearances for the French giants in all competitions.
However, the right-back has just one year remaining on his contract, which has resulted in frequent speculation regarding a potential switch to Arsenal or Manchester United.
United appear to hold the advantage, according to RMC, due to the Gunners being unable to meet PSG's valuation of the 27-year-old.
While Unai Emery remains a huge admirer of the Belgium international, the North London outfit are allegedly prioritising funds on other areas of the pitch.
Meunier has indicated that he is happy to stay at the Ligue 1 champions.
