Report: Marcus Rashford to snub Real Madrid transfer

A report claims that Marcus Rashford will no longer consider joining Real Madrid at the end of the season as he is now happy at Manchester United.

Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has reportedly decided that he wants to stay at the club, despite strong rumoured interest from Real Madrid.

The England international was said to be weighing up an end-of-season switch to the Spanish capital after growing frustrated under Jose Mourinho.

Since reports doubting the striker's future emerged early last month, however, Mourinho has been sacked and replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who has managed to get the best out of Rashford and his previously misfiring teammates.

According to The Sun, the 21-year-old now intends to reject any approach from Madrid and stay on at Old Trafford for the long term.

Rashford, under contract with United until the end of next season, has scored twice in three games under Solskjaer and chipped in with a fine assist in the 4-1 victory over Bournemouth at the weekend, stretching the Red Devils' winning run to three matches under club legend Solskjaer.
