Danny Rose has reportedly expressed an interest in joining Chelsea or Manchester United should Tottenham Hotspur wish to sell him.
The 27-year-old gave a revealing interview in The Sun this week where he suggested that he is underpaid at Spurs, wants the club to sign players that "you don't have to Google", and admits he would like to play for a club "up north".
The England international left hometown club Doncaster Rovers for Spurs at the age of 17 and had a number of loan spells before becoming a first-team regular for Spurs.
According to Sky Sports News, Rose is not actively looking to depart White Hart Lane and is not handing in a transfer request, but should the club want to dispense with his services, then Stamford Bridge or Old Trafford are his preferred destinations.
Rose, who has just celebrated 10 years with Spurs and has been out since January with a knee injury, signed a new five-year deal last autumn keeping him with the club until 2021.
