Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock believes that Wilfried Zaha could seal a move back to Selhurst Park today from Manchester United.
The England Under-21 international has struggled to cement a place in United's first team since arriving at Old Trafford from Palace last summer.
Zaha was bought by Sir Alex Ferguson, but was unable to figure regularly under former United boss David Moyes and current manager Louis van Gaal.
Reports have claimed that the winger could return to Palace on a season-long loan and Warnock, who was confirmed as the club's manager for a second spell yesterday, is keen to push the move through.
When asked by talkSPORT whether is Zaha is his main target, Warnock said: "Yes. I did speak to him last night. I had a half-hour last night telling him why I want him to come back and I'm optimistic we are going to do it today."
Zaha spent last season on loan at Cardiff City.
