Newcastle United are willing to sell Miguel Almiron for £15m this summer, according to a report.
The 28-year-old had been a key feature under both Rafael Benitez and Steve Bruce, but that has not been the case with new manager Eddie Howe, who has started the midfielder just five times from his 18 games in charge.
So far this season, the Newcastle star has failed to register a single goal or assist within this campaign, despite making 23 appearances in all competitions.
According to Football Insider, the Magpies are willing to let Almiron leave at the end of this season, setting a fee of £15m on him, which would actually be a loss.
The club are hoping to free up space in the squad, and finances on the wage bill by selling him in summer, even though they originally paid £21m to sign the Paraguayan.
Throughout his time with Newcastle, Almiron has made 115 appearances so far, and his current contract expires in 2024.
