Queens Park Rangers will return to the Premier League with a "stronger identity" than when they were last there, defender Nedum Onuoha has claimed.
The West London club made an instant return to the top flight after relegation in 2012-13 by winning last weekend's Championship playoff final at Wembley with a last-gasp goal from Bobby Zamora.
Former Manchester City player Onuoha feels that a season in the second tier has helped the squad become a better unit.
"The club now has a stronger identity in terms of its players and staff," he told the club website.
"Hopefully we can be more united from this experience and by doing things together we can continue to have success."
Onuoha, 27, made 31 appearances for Rangers last season, scoring two goals.
