Queens Park Rangers have reportedly edged closer to the double signing of Massimo Luongo and Ben Gladwin from Swindon Town.
Both players started for Swindon in Sunday's League One playoff final as the Robins fell to a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Preston North End to miss out on promotion to the Championship.
However, it seems that both midfielders will be playing second-tier football next season as they are poised to join newly-relegated QPR, according to BBC Wiltshire.
Australia international Luongo, 22, joined Swindon in 2013 from Tottenham Hotspur, where he worked with QPR head coach Chris Ramsey and the club's director of football Les Ferdinand.
Gladwin is also 22 and scored 11 goals in a breakthrough season for Swindon this year.
