Allan McGregor will move to either Besiktas or Galatasaray as the former Rangers goalkeeper looks set for a move to Turkey.
McGregor flew to Istanbul on Wednesday and it was expected that he would sign for Besiktas after he passed a medical with the club.
The head of Besiktas's football committee, Tamer Kiran also revealed he expected McGregor to sign a two-year deal.
However, despite already agreeing terms with Besiktas, they appear to face competition from their city rivals for the Scottish international's signature.
