Reading boss Brian McDermott insists that he is not feeling pressured by his side's poor start to the season.

Reading manager Brian McDermott has insisted that he is not feeling the pressure from his side's disappointing start to the season.

Failure to win any of their first eight matches of the campaign has left the Royals in 18th place in the Premier League table.

"Everyone's under pressure. That's the nature of the business," McDermott told Sky Sports News. "I am absolutely loving every minute of it. Nothing worth doing is ever easy."

McDermott's team travel to fellow strugglers Queens Park Rangers in the league on Saturday.
