Real Madrid will be looking to put a turbulent pre-season behind them when they open their 2019-20 La Liga campaign with a trip to Celta Vigo on Saturday afternoon.
Los Blancos finished 19 points behind champions Barcelona in third place last season. A title challenge will be expected this term, though, following a busy summer of recruitment.
Madrid's standout result in pre-season was the incredible 7-3 defeat to Atletico Madrid towards the end of last month.
Zinedine Zidane's side have overcome Fenerbahce and Red Bull Salzburg since then, though, and will be desperate to get their campaign off to the best possible start at the Balaidos.

Out: Marco Asensio (knee), Ferland Mendy (hamstring), Brahim Diaz (hamstring), Rodrygo Goes (hamstring), Dani Carvajal (suspension)
Madrid will be without the services of Marco Asensio for the majority of the 2019-20 campaign after the Spain international picked up a serious knee injury against Arsenal towards the end of July.
New signing Ferland Mendy is also absent until the end of the month with a hamstring problem, while the same can also be said for fellow summer arrival Rodrygo Goes and former Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz.
Los Blancos will also be without the services of Dani Carvajal on Saturday as a yellow card that the defender picked up on the final weekend of the 2018-19 campaign has been carried into this season.
Carvajal's absence should see Alvaro Odriozola feature at right wing-back, with head coach Zidane widely expected to start with the 3-5-2 formation that he trialled during pre-season.
Eder Militao and Eden Hazard are both in line to make their competitive debuts for the capital giants, while Casemiro, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos should all start in the middle of the park.
